Terms and Conditions of KR Health Services

1. Rental Agreement: The rental fee applies to the equipment as agreed, regardless of usage. If used for even 1 hour, the full weekly or monthly rental will be charged. No refunds are provided.

2. Payment and Delivery: Transportation and the monthly/package payment must be made at the time of delivery without fail. Rental and transportation (pickup and drop-off) are additional charges. Transportation fees must be paid upfront. A minimum of 5-6 hours’ notice is required for the delivery, exchange of equipment, or refilling of cylinders. Due to the overweight of hospital beds and 50-liter jumbo oxygen cylinders, it is not feasible to lift them to higher floors (1st, 2nd, 3rd floors). If possible, they will be transported via lift; otherwise, it is not possible. Your cooperation is appreciated.

3. Damage Responsibility: Any damage to the equipment upon return must be borne by the customer.

4. Return Process: Verbal orders (phone calls to delivery personnel) for returning equipment will not be considered. Customers must send a message or WhatsApp to 7418186114 / 8489455388. Otherwise, the rental will be considered renewed.
